Yes all participants MUST set up a personal givealittle page, its super easy and a great way for family and friends make donations. We will be working out who wins the big prizes from the amounts raised on the givealittle page. Remember this is a charity fundraiser event and 100% of funds raised go to charity. If you are not prepared to put effort in to fundraising please do not enter.

It is free to enter but you are expected to raise a heap of cash for this years charities!

All participants must enter individually and set up their own individual givealittle page. You can certainly get together and ride as a team.

We are fairly relaxed about what type of scooters can enter, the only rules are that the scooter must be road legal and be registered as a moped.

All funds raised this year are going to Mike Kings “I am hope” and local Hawkes Bay charity Awhi Trust. You can find out more about these guys on our givealittle page.

We start off from Furniture Clearance Co 102 Munroe Street in Napier and pass through Waipukurau, Dannevirke, Woodville, Masterton, Greytown, over the Rimutaka Hill and down to the finish line at Scooterazzi 138 Wakefield Street in Wellington. The ride is around 320 kilometres and is expected to take between 7 and 10 hours.

We will have two support/safety vehicles on the road but it is recommended that participants arrange their own support vehicle to assist with any breakdowns, refuelling etc.

The awesome team at Efficient Movers have agreed to bring scooters back to their Napier yard at no cost to participants. Participants can load their scooter onto the Efficient Movers truck at the finish line and collect it from Efficient Movers, 32 Thames Street in Napier from Monday 7 March to Friday 11 March.

Participants are to organise their own transport home.
